This is the second circular for the Workshop on the Physics of Excited
Nucleon
– NSTAR2009, which is to be hosted by the Institute of High Energy
Physics (
IHEP) of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in Beijing on April 19 – 22,
2009.

registration, abstract submission, accommodation, and travel
information, etc.
