We would like to kindly remind you of the deadline for the submission
of a contribution
to the EuNPC 2009 meeting in Bochum. The absolute (hard) deadline for
submission is December 15.

After this deadline participation and registration is possible but no
submission of a contribution.
Please take also notice of the updated program, that contains many very
interesting speakers from all over Europe (http://www.ep1.rub.de/EUNPC/programme/ ).
We are counting on you to make this meeting a big success, so that this
European Conference will be continued in future on a frequent basis as
one of
the prime Conferences in Nuclear and Hadron Physics.
We would like also to point out the possibility of a very limited
number of
student support grants that will be given in well justified cases.
