Dear all,
It happened few times lately that accesses have been made to the Hall
during the
"Control Access" without notifying the Hall-B shift leader. Also, in
some cases
work on the detector have been done without notifying the run
coordinator and
making a log entry after the work was completed.
I want to ask you, please:
- notify the Hall B shift leader while entering the Hall during the
control access
- notify the Hall B shift leader and/or the run coordinator on the type
of work or
changes that will be done to the detector
- make a log entry about completed work or changes
This will ensure smooth and safe running of the experiment and will keep
quality
of acquired data high.
