The CLAS12 detector and magnet projects for Hall B represent a
significant part of that recommendation.
The Torus and Solenoid magnets are ready for procurement in FY09! Drift
chamber procurement to also begin
in FY09. Other detectors will follow.
The major developments of the Hall B upgrade were presented by Latifa
and Dave Kashy to the detector
and magnet review committee. They were very well received.
This represents a huge success of the CLAS12 effort by the Jlab staff
and the CLAS collaboration!
