We will hold our weekly meeting in the usual place today.
In preparation for the ISM review, ISMS Awareness training is being
conducted this month. All staff and users should take this training.
As the training web site, which has the course times is not that user
friendly, I list here the sessions available to physics division that
you can choose from. All the sessions are in the Auditorium.
Friday April 11: 1:30-3:00 PM
Thursday April 17: 8:00-9:30 AM
Monday April 21: 8:30-10:00 AM (Makeup session)
Monday April 21: 1:30-3:00 PM (Makeup session)
There are other classes offered for managers and other divisions, I
don't think the classes are too specific to division, so if you can't
make any of the above times, ask Erica for the complete schedule.
I would like to give advance notice that at next week's meeting we will
take some time to solicit feedback from from staff and users about the
maintenance and installation work done in the Hall in February and
March. I would like all Hall C staff and users involved with GeP or
SANE to attend. (We will be in a larger room.) Please think about any
feedback you would like to give on what went well, didn't go well or
could be improved from both work and safety perspectives.
