Hello all -
Joe May reports that the 12 GeV CD-3 ESAAB-equivalent meeting
went well this morning. Dan Lehman told the group that, if anything,
Joe had undersold how well prepared we are for CD-3. An excellent
endorsement!
The next step is a meeting between Dan Lehman, Jehanne Simon-Gillo,
Pat Dehmer (Director, Office of Science), and Ray Orbach (Acquisition
Executive) scheduled for September 15th. The expectation is that the final
CD-3 Approval signature will happen at that meeting.
Once again, many thanks to each of you for your tireless efforts to move
this project forward. Please share the good news and our thanks with all
of your teammates.
