Dear Hall C Staff Member:
I wanted to let you know that a group of us are preparing a Moeller
(e+e-->e+e) PV proposal for Hall A in the 12 GeV era. The physics goal is
to match the precision of the best Z-pole measurements of sin^2theta_W and
so
tightly constrain new, parity violating interactions between electrons. By
building on JLab and SLAC expertise, we think we can begin this
challenging measurement a few years after Hall A startup in the 12 GeV
era. As yet, we have no draft proposal to show you, but if you are
interested consider this a heads-up and let me know if you want to be
added to our email list. No one from Hall C will be added to the
collaboration list for a proposal or LOI without explicitly later opting
in.
