Shane has fixed the testplan program so you can now complete test plans.
Please complete testplans for the last maintenance day and get anything
you might want to do for the upcoming maintenance day (May 16) on the
schedule, so far the only thing on the schedule is to complete
installing the new vxwrks kernel on iocs that don't already have it.
Leon will need a couple of hours to do some work on the devsrv and
felsrv; that will occur at the beginning of our maintenance period
(12:00 - 2:00).
