The updated linkmaker tools are ready to be used. To get to the IOC configuration
Web page (to modify the master configurations) starting from the e-log
follow the Software Documentation link (in the middle of the page). From
there, go all the way to the bottom and follow the link the Controls Web.
From there go to the LLAPPS category and follow the Tools link.
The master configuration files are gone now (I can get them back if
we need them), so don't try to edit them.
linkmaker.pl and showlinks.pl work the same (except they are now going
to the database for some things).
