Because iocpss is critical to the Personnel Safety System, ALL
modifications to software on this ioc should go through Dave Wetherholt.
Testplans submitted to upgrade system software on all iocs will no
longer be valid for iocpss. In order to change any software on iocpss,
please work with Dave and submit a separate test plan with his name on
it in addition to yours. That way Dave can ensure that the test
procedure will include all steps necessary to verify that iocpss is
working correctly after the change.
