It turns out that due to a subtle problem with the setup command, we
have been using the old version of cvs in r3132j0. Brian has fixed the
setup problem, so please, kill any windows that you have been using for
r3132j0 and bring up a new one and redo the setup. Also, any application
work directories which have been made in r3132j0 prior to noon today are
old-style cvs. Follow the instructions for upgrading to the new cvs.
