New Vxworks kernel for the PowerPCs (r3132j0)

To everyone who is in the process of upgrading to a PowerPC:

Please use a new kernel that Matt has made. The kernels for the mv1XX
boards were configured so that the default mode for short address space
was supervisory. The kernel for the PowerPCs comes configured for
non-supervisory short address space by default. Most VME boards will
support either but since supervispory was the default, most of our
boards are strapped for that mode. Rather than "discovering" all the
boards that need jumper and software changes, Richard has instructed
Matt as to how to change the kernel so that the default addressing mode
for short address space is the same as it was for the mv1XX boards.

We discovered the problem when Marie was checking out the srfvac
application. George has just completed a test of the new kernel
confirming that it works as expected. Tomorrow, I will make sure that
all the PowerPC iocs (except for the SEEs) are using the new kernel. Any
iocs that get upgraded in the future should use this tag for the Vxworks
kernel:

vx53-4-2

I will update the PowerPC conversion notes as well.
