PrimEx instructions for using The Conference Group

The lab is signed up for a teleconferencing service provided by a 
company called "The Conference Group" (http://www.conferencegroup.com). 
We will try using this for this Friday's PrimEx meeting at 3:00 (agenda 
TBA). I just tested the system with our secretary Linda; it's pretty 
simple. It is a three step process:

1. Call "The Conference Group" at

  1-800-377-8846

2. Enter a non-verbal pass code, followed by the # sign. The passcode is

  55908007#

3. When prompted, record your name, followed by the # sign.

You will then be connected to the call. If you call in before the 
"leader" is connected you will hear music until he or she calls in.
