1. Welcome three new summer students from UNCW: Letisha, Mike and Nick

2. Minutes of last meeting approved.

3. Vasily proposed to have a series of PrimEx Introductory lectures for
summer students. The first three lectures will be given by Mark,
Mike and Dustin; Vasily also reported on Compton calibration work
group meeting. Calibration and monitoring the HYCAL gain by
using Compton events was suggested; Vasily summarized the following
from the HYCAL software group meeting:
   (1)codes cross-check, (2) create new DB, (3) new bank (4) New
library. Finally, Vasily proposed a task list for summer students.

4. Mark announced the new software release, rel-3-1.

5. Eric showed the histogram of time different of tagger E-T counters.
He will present his suggestions of tagger timing
cuts and efficiency of cuts shortly. He also pointed that the double
peaks on the TDC of tagger #9 T counter disappeared if one
triggered on Hycal trigger instead of the MasterOR . It suggested
that the double peaks was caused by the #9 T-counter
trigger cable delay in the MasterOR triggers.

6 Aram showed the live time as function of clock. There are a few jumps
over the run. He will show how these jumps would correlate to the
beam quality and other issues next time.

7 Dustin presented his work on HYCAL time calibration. It is important
to obtain individual time offset for each
group of HYCAL detector group. This work should be continued.
