5. Mark informed that he had discussion with hardware person: Eddy E, about the
"live" problem in DAQ scalers. Eddy will look at that problem.

7. Vasili discussed the new HYCAL library modification

8.we discussed the general organization of data analysis style:
(a) agreed that we have to try to form two analysis team from the some stage of
this process. The time was not discussed.
(b) agreed that before the splitting into two teams, we still have to work on
the creation of "common" software packages. Those will include all calibration
codes for HYCAL, all timing database, photon flux calculation algorithms.
This list suppose to be updated as necessary.
9. we discussed the question of "development of full Monte Carlo package for the setup".
(a) there was an open question what this is, and how much is it suppose to be different
from D. Lawrence code.
(b) Ashot suggested that we do not put this item on "high priority" list for now.
