1. Secretary:
A. Teymurazyan is the secretary.

2. Last meeting's minutes approved
3. pflux class:
A. Teymurazyan presented the idea of creating a new (pflux)
class which will allow to sync the data analysis and flux calculation,
and not worry about differences in good/bad beam region definitions.

It was suggested to report the flux both for individual T-channels and the total sum.
4. unscheduled item:
D. McNulty showed distributions of LMS (pedestal subtracted) ADC response, for crystal
# 1171, with beam centered on that crystal and beam not centered on that crystal.
The mean values for two distributions differ by about 2%.

General agreement was that it would be nice to understand why does this happen.
It was pointed out that the calibration constants obtained from snake run at the beginning
differ from constants obtained from a snake run at the end by about 2% (except of few channels).
5. The Mochalov Report:
V. Mochalov presented the summary of "software technical meeting". A. Teymurazyan noted that
it would be useful to add an extra error code for tagger reconstruction package for events which contain
TDC information for "High Voltage off counters". M. Ito noted that for this purpose we will have to first implement
a database of on/off tagger counters.
6. Collaboration Meeting agenda:
A. Gasparian presented the agenda for the next collaboration meeting.

D. Dale made a suggestion that as we go along the collaboration meeting we should note for ourselves
what should we do differently should we run again.
