1 A. Teymurazyan agreed to be the secretary.
2 Last meeting's minutes were reviewed and aproved without any changes.
3 M. Ito informed the group that A. Gasparian has suggested to consider Fri. & Sat., November 18th & 19th as possible dates for next Collaboration meeting.
4 D. Dale presented the status of the flux determination. Described in detail in:

5. E. Clinton presented his work on reconstracting tagger information using the CAEN high-resolution TDC's. It's been noted that after applying concidences between E-counters and T-counters(using new TDCs) we get about 4 times less photons than we would expect. The times reconstracted using new TDCs are in remarkable agreement with times reconstructed from old TDCs. The new CAEN TDCs had 4 musec window which makes them unfavorable for electron counting puropses.

6. D. Lawrence talked about recent changes to the timing scheme and tagger calibrations.

This change of timing scheme and new tagger calibration has eliminated the shoulder-like structure from Tagger/HyCal timing coincidence plot. Needs to be investigated why? (Dustin needs to show some plots to Dave.)
