1) Briefly reviewed Last week’s minutes. Minutes accepted by group.
2) Ashot asked for the collaborations help with seeking for a potential
candidate to fill the post-doc position at North Carolina A&T, for
continued research and analysis with PrimEx. Ilya Laurin is a potential
candidate, but some administrative issues with A&T do exist.
3) Yelena asked about if the data quality checks for old runs were
available to make an N-tupel out of old production runs for some analysis
that she is doing. Dustin directed her to the DB for some available info.
Mike also needs to report to the group his status of the current data
quality checks that he is currently doing.
4) Mark discussed his email about the "bank dump" changes. There is
currently a new version available for use. However, in order to
effectively use the new version, you will also need the new scripts to go
along with this version.
Aram suggested to also read out the write time bank when running the
script. This was greed upon by the group and Aram will make the needed
changes to do so.
