Hi Rory,
I have read the draft text of the target paper and it is on "ready to go"
level. I have few comments:
(1) the author list needs to be discussed. In general it is acceptable,
but better to review once more. Mark and Dan are preparing the list,
it is better to know the status of that work.
(2) I am not sure if using the "radiative decay width" is more correct
over the "radiative width". Take a look please.
(3) on the page #3, 8th line from the top: "Fig. 1" should be "Fig.2".
please check.
(4) on the page 4, first line from the bottom: "... carbon and 208Pb
targets", may be it is better to use a similar notation for the
both targets.
