I changed the online prod link to point to a tagged release, CVS tag =
rel-2-13. This version is current as of today, but is missing a few key
programs: hist_viewer, pms_gui and psim_digitize. We will try to add
these soon.
The old devel version is still there. There are actually quite a few
programs in need of update there. We should delete it and start a new
devel sometime in the near future.
