I've built rel-2-13 in the offline area (/group/primex/builds) now.
There are still programs that do not build in this release (see my
previous message below). The tag has changed a bit since the initial
announcement to include stuff found in online build as of earlier today.
rel-2-13 is now the prod version offline as well as online.
