The Heavy Photon Search (HPS) Collaboration is making steady progress with detector construction for its engineering run in late 2014 and spring of 2015. Many detector components have been purchased and tested. We expect to complete HPS chicane installation in the downstream alcove of Hall-B by June 2014. At this collaboration meeting we will discuss the progress and schedule for different subsystems and their readiness for installation in August, and we will start preparations for the "experiment readiness review" with JLAB management in July. One of main focuses of the meeting will be discussion of the mock data challenge and development of strategies for various analyses.

We are planning to include a 1/2 day session of general interest that will include overall status of the theory and experiments for heavy photon searches as well as discussions of new ideas.
