Performance Management
The Performance Management Office supports the development and implementation of the annual Performance Evaluation and Measurement Plan. Performance Management is also responsible for reporting the Lab's performance on a quarterly basis to the Thomas Jefferson Site Office, the administration of the Performance Tab on Insight, and assisting in the development of Key Performance Indicators for each division.
