The DOE Business Managers Spring 2008 Meeting will be held April 3 & 4, 2008 at the Williamsburg Lodge in Colonial Williamsburg. The conference rate of $112/night (single or double) plus taxes will be available three days pre/post the meeting dates.
Hotel reservations may be made online at http://www.williamsburglodge.com/ or by calling 1-800-261-9530. Be sure to reference the Group Booking Code JEFD08A when making reservations. Hotel reservations must be made no later than March 10, 2008, to be eligible for the group rate and to guarantee availability.
Attendees also have the option of purchasing a special conference ticket to the Colonial Williamsburg historic area. The ticket is good for the duration of the meeting. This special rate of $15 may be charged to your hotel room.
The group dinner will be held Thursday evening at the Christiana Cambell Tavern in Colonial Williamsburg. Additional companion tickets are available for purchase. Please sign up when you register.
