Marc McMullen

Marc McMullen started at Jefferson Lab as a Technician, contributing to the installation of electronics in Hall B during the pre-commissioning of CLAS.  During CLAS commissioning, his focus changed to the maintenance of the Hall B CCTV system and assisting on the Torus Magnet. Marc designed the CLAS Hardware Monitoring System's chassis, as well as supervised its construction and installation. He contributed to the Drift Chamber Low Voltage system and became part of the drift chamber on-call staff. Marc designed electronics boards for PRIMEX and some of the CLAS DC components.

After CLAS 6GeV decommissioning, Marc designed boards for the CLAS12 Silicon Vertex Tracker detector, such as: the test boards for the FSSR2 chip, the initial PC-mounted DAq boards, the Hybrid Flex Circuit board, the cable tester/spyboard, and the detector temperature/humidity sensors. Marc participated at several reviews as a presenter and technical expert for the HFCB, also contributed as a shift taker during module assembly at FNAL.

Marc is the Physics Division safety warden for building 90 and has served as chair of the Jefferson Lab Workers Safety Committee 2012 to 2013.
