On Site Access: JLab Badges

Entry to JLab facilities is controlled by an electronic access card. You may be issued a temporary badge with limited access when you arrive. Upon completion of required training and immigration document validation, you will receive a JLab picture badge with increased access.

If you request and receive a JLab key, protect it as you would your badge.

Do not allow unfamiliar people to enter JLab facilities.

Your Badge & Key Responsibilities

  • Keep your JLab badge with you at all times when on site and always present it upon request.
  • Report lost badget and keys to your sponsor or JLab Registration/International Services (JRIS) Office.
  • Don't allow others to use your badge or key.
  • Return all badges and keys to the issuing office when no longer needed.
