On Site Access: Visitors: Who may you bring to the lab?

CEBAF Center is open to the public from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday and during special events for the invited public. Visitors should enter through the front door of CEBAF Center. Only people conducting business at JLab or on official visits are permitted in the Computer Center or other buildings throughout the campus and Accelerator Site.

If you are authorized to escort certain visitors to the Lab, you will be responsible for your visitors while they are on site.

Your Responsibilities
  • Have visitor log in at the reception desk (at the ARC or VARC) or on the Computer Center visitor log.
  • Explain safety issues for the area your visitor will be in, including how to safely exit the building.
  • Note: if your guest is an international visitor, make sure he/she presents passport, visa and USCIS information to JRIS. Refer questions to JRIS.
