Message to Spokespersons
The contact persons for the proposals have received faxed copies of the the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC)comments IF the TAC made comments. If you have any questions or would like additional information, please contact at (804)249-7536 or send an e-mail request to users@jlab.org.
If there is more than one spokesperson on your proposal, please send to the above e-mail address the name of the person who will be making the presentation at the PAC.
IMPORTANT: Presenters, bring either:
- hardcopy of your transparencies as early as possible before your presentation to the User Liaison Office and we will have them copied for the PAC, or
- 20 copies of your transparencies to your presentation to the PAC.
