102.03 Use of Laboratory Name in Advertising
Commercial firms serving the Laboratory often request permission to use the name of the Laboratory in promoting their products through advertisements, brochures, motion pictures, etc. The Laboratory follows JSA and DOE policies and Commonwealth of Virginia law regarding such use. Refer all such requests to the Public Affairs Manager in the Director's Office.
