205.12 Physical Limitation Screening
- POLICY
Jefferson Lab is dedicated to providing a healthy and safe work environment for our employees. One of the benefits employees have is the ability to receive a physical limitation screening from on-site JLab professionals.
- ELIGIBILITY
All employees are eligible.
- APPLICATION
An employee who has or contracts a physical or physician-driven health problem that could limit his or her ability to do certain jobs must report the condition immediately to his/her supervisor and to the Occupational Health Clinic (269-7539). Similarly, supervisors who are aware of a limitation must ensure the employee reports to Occupational Health and that any other supervisors to whom the employee may be matrixed are aware as well.
