302.09 Control of Property in the Possession of Off-Site Contractors

POLICY

1. JSA/JLab controlled Government Furnished Property and Contractor Acquired Government Property shall be specifically described in the subcontract documents and tracked according to Jefferson Lab Personal Property Management Manual.
2. Definitions
   1. Government Furnished Property: property in the possession of or directly acquired by the government and subsequently made available to the contractor for use in the performance of the contract
   2. Contractor Acquired Government Property: property acquired by a JSA/JLab contractor for use in the performance of a subcontract and to which the Government has title or the right to take title under the terms of the contract
3. Responsibilities
