Required training to access the accelerator site, eel bldg, test lab:
- Environmental Health and Safety (40 minute online video - registration forms must be submitted online or brought to the
JR/IS office prior to viewing EH&S video to obtain online credit )

office prior to viewing to obtain online credit )

http://www.jlab.org/div_dept/train/online_courses/rad_worker1/mainmenu.html - Practical Factors Radiological Training (a 15-20 minute hands on training - call Zach Edwards x 7147 to setup appointment 24 hours in advance. Practical Test is taken in Trailer 52 behind the Test Lab, anyone passing this test Aug. 2000 or after is not required to renew.
**Other training may be obligatory by the group**
*Test Lab and EEL BLDGS. are now designated as "Controlled Areas" - GERT or RAD WORKER I Training is required for access.
Badging procedures may require a maximum (2) day time period for processing system information and testing.
