Possible charm studies at JLab have been discussed at the "JLab at 12GeV" workshops in June,1998 and January,2000. Charm studies are expected to become a part of the new research program of JLab at 12GeV. The program should be finalized by June,2000.

The main goal of the mini-workshop, taking place at JLab on April,3, is discussing the draft of the program and accommodating new ideas, should they arrive.
