    Registration Fee

    There will be a registration fee of U.S. $ 300 (350 euro) to be paid upon arrival. Credit cards CANNOT BE ACCEPTED. The registration fee will include a copy of the Proceedings, as well as morning and afternoon coffee-breaks.

    The registration desk at the Elba International Physics Center will be open on Sunday, June 23rd, from 17:00 to 19:00 and Monday, June 24th, from 8:30 to 9:00 am.

    Accommodation

    Rooms have been reserved in several Hotels in Marciana Marina, all located within walking distance to the Center.

    The number of singles is limited and they will be assigned on a first come first served basis. Confirmation of hotel reservations will be sent to you directly from the travel agent in Marciana Marina.     Weather

    In June, the weather is usually sunny and mild (lunch-breaks can be spent at the beach), but it is still advisable to bring something warm to wear in the evenings.

    Messages

    Messages can be received during the Conference contacting the EIPC secretariat by telephone (39-0565-904381) or fax (39-0565-904384). Telephone and fax service is available at the Center, upon request.

    Computer Connection

    There will be no computer connection available at the Center. However, access to both the world-wide-web and the network (via telnet) is possible from public internet points in Marciana Marina.

    A third circular, containing the final program, will be distributed in May. Additional information about Elba island can be found at http://www.elbalink.com/homeing.html
