Instructions for Abstract Submission Participants wishing to present a talk may submit their abstracts below. Abstracts should not exceed 300 words and must be submitted in Word, Postscript or PDF format only. The deadline for receipt of abstracts is March 9, 2004. Notification of submission acceptance will be made by March 15, 2004. All accepted abstracts will be printed in the conference abstract book.
