Dear colleague,

This is the first announcement of the DAPHCE Workshop on "Hadron Dynamics with the new DAPHNE and TJNAF facilities". It will take place at the Frascati National Laboratories (Italy), on November 11 - 14, 1996.

The workshop is jointly organized by DOE (USA) and INFN (Italy).

It is aimed at both theorists and experimentalists and will concentrate on themes of the hadron dynamics of common interest to both the DAPHNE and TJNAF laboratories. The primary goal of this workshop is to promote an active scientific interchange between the two communities.

The topics treated are: meson spectroscopy, baryon spectroscopy, chiral lagrangians, hypernuclear physics, parity and CP violating experiments, hadronic form factors and structure functions, hadron propagation in nuclear matter.
