Make a Green New Year’s Resolution
Co-Op American’s National Green Pages suggests making a Green New Year’s resolution.
- Join a basketball league, take up yoga or tai chi, go for walks during your lunch break. Do something to improve your emotional and physical health.
- Pursue personal health and well-being: diet, exercise, emotional health, stress reduction, and personal and spiritual growth.
- Save more money – plan to save a little more $$ each month and start (or increase) your contributions to a retirement plan.
- Make time for your community such as helping with planting at a community garden.
