JSA Contract Performance Measures
In support of our contract with the Department of Energy, Jefferson Lab has established an objective performance-based management system with objectives agreed to by both DOE and the Lab. The Contractor Performance Evaluation and Measurement Plan (PEMP) is a summary of the standards by which the Lab's over all performance of its scientific, technical, operational, administrative, and managerial obligations under the DOE contract are assessed.
