Records Management

Jefferson Laboratory's records management policy is to establish systematic control and maintenance of all records composed, produced, and found within the Laboratory. Using the guidelines of the Department of Energy Administrative and R&D Schedules and the General Records Schedules, this policy will ensure that JLab has maximum legal/regulatory protection, adhering to and providing for the preservation of historic records. Under the direction of the Records Management Department each division of JLab is responsible for the implementation of the records management policy.
