45th Annual Materials Management Workshop

Dr. Anthony Hite Dr. Anthony L. Hite is the founding member of Interactive Solutions, PLC, an organizational consulting firm. He has twenty-five years' experience providing change and challenge management, team facilitation, instruction, executive coaching and organization effectiveness services to Fortune 500, healthcare, and government leaders. With his help, executives achieve measurable increases in efficiency. Tony's clients have succeeded when faced with challenges including merger, reengineering, restructuring, and conflict management.

Tony earned a Bachelor of Arts degree (Philosophy) from the University of California, Los Angeles, a Master of Divinity (Counseling) from Princeton Theological Seminary, a Master of Arts (Organizational Psychology) and a Doctor of Philosophy (Organizational and Clinical Psychology) from The University of Michigan.

In an adjunct faculty position in Old Dominion University's School of Business and Public Administration, he teaches Leadership and Management and Organization Behavior. He is also a faculty member of the Center for Global Business and Executive Education. He has published on both organizational and clinical topics.
