Badge Activation Process - a message from Sue Ewing
If you are a non-US citizen user and are planning a visit to JLab, please follow the process below in order to insure your badge is active upon arrival:
At least 2-3 working days before* your arrival, be sure to email jris@jlab.org with your upcoming visit dates.
You will receive an email response within 1 day of our receipt of your visit notice confirming your badge activation, listing any training updates needed, containing an attached visit form to complete and return by email or bring to the VARC desk upon arrival, and whether you will or will not need to check-in at the VARC desk upon arrival.
