New Online Registration - a message from Sue Ewing
We are presenting a new online registration (url below) for all new users, visitors, students, subcontractors, and ARC users. This online form can be completed and submitted from on- or off-site. Once submitted, the form is sent electronically to either the User Office in CEBAF Center for all new U.S. citizen users or to the HR JRIS Office for all foreign national users, all subcontractors, all visitors, all edu-students, and all ARC users.
This online registration automatically populates the submitted information to the JLIST information system and establishes a new record - there is no wait for manual entry. Once the registration is submitted, all training can be completed (except for RadWorker I test) on- or off-site with immediate credit, application for computer accounts can be submitted, etc.
New applicants will still need to check-in, upon arrival, with the User Office for all U.S. citizen users, or all others at the JRIS Office, to submit ID requirements and to sign Standards of Conduct, etc. as required to be badged. If you know of any upcoming new applicants, please send them the url below and ask that this online form be used instead of a paper registration form. The url is also posted on the JRIS website, http://www.jlab.org/hr/jris/, on the User Office website, http://www.jlab.org/user_resources/ulo.html, and on the Facility Management website, http://www.jlab.org/fm/.

Click on url and choose appropriate registration category from the pull-down menu, i.e., user active, contract services, contract staff, visitor, ARC commercial, etc.
