Request for child care information - a message from Xiaochao Zheng
Dear JLab Staff and Users:
As you know that many of our offsite users come with their families when they perform experiments or analysis at JLab. In order to facilitate the life of our user community, as well as our local users and staff, we are collecting information on reliable local child care:
- Do you know anyone who can care for pre-school age children, including infants, during daytime for a couple of days or weeks?
- Do you know anyone who can provide after-hour care for pre-school and school age children, either at their own home or at the children's home?
- Do you know anyone who can provide care for mildly-ill children during daytime, on short notices?
- Do you know any child care center that provide drop-in care?
Please send your information to xiaochao@jlab.org, preferrable within the next two weeks. Please include as much details as you know (meals and snacks included? references? cost?) We will compile the information and make it available to users and staff in hard copies.
