PrimEx Run Troubleshooting
This page will eventually contain information on how to identify problems with a run, what to do about it and who to call. Please contact the webmaster with suggestions on how to improve this page.

ODH Alarm (blue flashing light) |
Evacuate the building. | |
Radiation Alarm (purple flashing light) |
Leave your tools where they are. Evacuate the Hall and assemble in the Counting House Control Room. | |
Problems inside the Accelerator Fence | In general, do not approach the situation. Deer inside the fence are not a problem. | |
Medical Emergency | Call 911. Give the dispatcher your name and location, and the injured person's name and problem. | |
First Aid | Call Medical Services at x7539. Consider calling 911. | EH&S Reporting Manager x7007 |
Warning Beacon (amber/orange light) |
Look around for the indicated danger. | If the situation appears dangerous, call the Crew Chief x7050 |
