Bare bones, vetot_id_vs_tdc and vetoa_id_vs_adc

For added fun, we should look at the "time_diffx" and "time_sumx" histos
to check timing info.  though, as noted in the CVS archived veto_calib,
the time_sumx histos ar ea little broken because i need a good start time
to subtract off.
