Hardware:
Lead-glass Detectors: 450 modules done & all PMTs checked. HVD needs cabling & mu-metal needs cutting.
Lead Crystal Detectors: all 1200 modules soldered & 300 high-rate checked. Optical test done on 500 and geometrical tolerance tested on 300.
Discussion of wrapping results.
PC board construction needs manpower.

Yar: Temperature monitor for HyCal-0 complete with two different display formats. Discussion of display: upshot is show a few select sensors and monitor the others.

Eric: All veto counter parts are on-site and only need wrapping. Presentation of design. Discussion of vertical resolution shelved for later meeting.

Liping: Presentation of existing beam profile detector hardware - it’s ready for installation. Software is in progress. Discussion of placement & resolution.

Software:
Dave: Presentation of analysis methods.

Itaru: Presentation of photon flux analysis. Discussion of gates & timing.
