Announcements:
PrimEx ranks in the top 4 experiments at Jlab.
Safety lecture by Burt: safety cards will be available & distributed soon. In particular, when working outside drink lots & don’t over-exert yourself.

Engineering:
Dave K: 20 cable bundles sleeved.
Deck vendors visiting next week.
Lifter work in progress.
HyCal frame welding complete, prliminary survey results in, trigger electronics racks on site & will be installed next week.

HyCal:
Ashot: 600 lead-glass assemblies done.
Wrapping material finalized and ordered: VM-2000. Mechanical problems with the wrapping procedure are being worked on.

Optic Test:
Galen: 640 done, 12 failed: 10 at 620 nm, 2 at 420 & 620 nm (and are visually cloudy).
Karl Zorn explained the earlier dips at hig frequencies, but it’s moot as the machine melted. Discussion of data analysis methods.

Geometrical Test:
Josh: 705 done, 495 left. All passed.

Rate Test:
Kevin: 635 done. Discussion of where the remaining ones are: nobody knows.

PC Boards:
Student who’s name I didn’t get: 1 done, 1 in progress. Anyone with free time is welcome to join in.

High Voltage:
Dave L: Discussion of problem with re-numbering cables and solution.

LMS:
Sam: 2 PMTs ordered, ETA next week. Ashot or Oleg will build bases after design is produced.

Software:
Eric: Veto Counters moved to test lab for wrapping & storage, testing begins next week.
Monte Carlo programming progressing.
Discussion of center hole insert.

Abdellah: Motion driver are work in progress.

Dan Dale: Discussion of the luminosity workshop.

Dustin: Data analysis presentation & discussion.
