Announcements:
Ashot: Declaring emergency situation. Discussion of progress and proposals to Steering Committee:
1) Cancel collaboration meetings
2) Everyone works exclusively on hardware, 8 hours a day.

Engineering:
Dave K & Doug: Delay cable fabrication continues.
Deck vendor chosen.
Lifter design continues, parts are arriving & track welding in progress.
HyCal survey complete, cooling system design continues.

Hardware:
Looking for the mu-metal - we can't find it, or 50 PMTs.
Discussion of speeding production.

LMS:
Yar: Progressing; need manpower to test fibers.
Problem of plastic cylender production solved.
Temperature monitoring is back online after moving to new computer.

Veto Counters:
Eric: All wrapped in Tyvek, 5 done with Tevlar & tested.
Dan: Rate test results.

High Voltage:
Dave L: Control software online
CAEN guy coming to look at the modules in repair; discussion of payment.
Discussion of HV control & data storage; moved to software meeting.

Beam Profile Monitor:
Galen: Presentation of normalization results. Discussion of procedure.
Tagger Electronics question - if received and when installed; see Eugene.

Software:
Liping: Presentation of calibration results, methods & constants.
Raphael: Presentation of summation results, discussion of methods.
Itaru: Fitting results & discussion of stastical methods.
Dustin: Sparcification threshold results & discussion.
Dave: Monte Carlo simulation results & discussion.
