Dan: Brazil conference recap.
Liping: Beam profile detactor software works.
Ashot: Vishnakov & Jouri got visas and will be here soon.
Ashot: Accelerator schedule will probably be shifted 4-6 weeks, but the readiness review will still be in mid-November.

Engineering:
Dave K: Deck being installed, done in a couple of weeks.
Cable test soon, after that the cart load test is scheduled.
Design continues for HyCal frame doors & cooling pipes.
Suggestions of test for leaks before stacking = unfeasable.
Target ladder fixed but needs to be tested; see Eric.

HyCal:
Dustin: Report on software status.

Eric: Results of Veto Counter Monte Carlo Hole study (Transparencies)
