Release Notes for rel-3-3

The cvs tag is for this release is rel-3-3. This version was checked out on August 20, 2005 and released on August 24, 2005.

Features

Mark has added configuration file support to PEvent_Loop. See Mark's email message for details.
Mark's skim program, used to write selected trigger types to the output stream, has been added.
Vasiliy has added the filling of the retcode bank after calling rocparsefastbus and timing_links.
Vasiliy has added new versions of timing_links routines to the detector_match library.
Eric made a change in tagger_brun.cc so that it gets beam energy as measured by Halls A and C from a new calibration database attribute, E_beam_energy.
Aram has added some developments to the pflux library. This is work in progress.
Mark restored prim_ana to an earlier version where its user code acts only as an example/template.
